Complete renovation of an old building in Murcia.
We maintained the loadbearing stone walls to preserve the interior volume, with high ceilings (4.5 metres).
The first and second floors are reformatted as offices, while the third floor has been completely remodelled below a new zinc roof to house two large apartments.
The stair and wrought iron is from the original building. The stairwell has been occupied with a translucent illuminated lantern which contains the lift.
